SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports Massage  is a great way to reduce muscle tension and has great benefits, helps lower back pain, reduce fatigue, relieve muscle soreness, helps reduce stress and anxiety. Deeper techniques will help you to relieve pain and in a few days it make you feel more energized. Also stretching techniques are used to help flexibility.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
The heat penetrates very deep into the bones, muscles and ligaments. The stone heat creates an energetic touch on to the muscles and bones as a result of an immediate decrease in pain. Emotional and physical stress - also anxiety - are reduced and sleep is promoted. After activation the hot stones it helps to improve bone nutrition and inflammation.


DRY CUPPING
DRY CUPPING
Dry cupping is performed when the practitioner places specialized plastic cups on a specific site of the skin. An air pump is then used to create a vacuum within these cups, causing the skin to pull upwards away from the underlying muscles. The cups are left on the skin for up to five minutes, and you may be asked to perform some movements with them still attached. Cupping encourages tissues to release toxins, reduced anxiety and stress and also improves blood circulation. Cupping can clear congestion and help treat asthma, reduces pain and increases movement of the muscles.

Hi, I am Chantelle. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. I want to help you achieve your ideal level of fitness and to make you feel more happy and confident in yourself. I aim to educate and encourage you to transform physically, mentally and I will do everything in my power to help you achieve your fitness goals by creating tailored bespoke training, Sports Massage and nutritional programmes
Having completed a bachelors degree in exercise and sports science at Exeter University and having years of experience and knowledge within the health and fitness industry I believe I will be able to push you in any way possible. I am here to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empower you to continually challenge yourself in a fun and rewarding way.
I have now added on my Sports Massage qualification to my services and aim to facilitate individuals to improve their quality of living or just pain-free day to day jobs and it's my passion to help individuals on the road to recovery.
